Darden Military Association

The Darden Military Association (DMA) exists to assist members in leveraging former and current military experiences to enhance career opportunities within the private sector, build esprit de corps and camaraderie within the Darden Community and host lively leisure events. DMA is open to all members (both current and former) of U.S. and foreign militaries, their partners and any individual who is interested in embracing leadership issues or learning about the military.

DMA aims to provide a familiar support structure that will help you and your family achieve a successful transition. The transition from military to civilian life generates new issues, concerns and questions. There are a lot of questions that many of us have had and will have during our time at Darden. Some are as general as learning about civilian industries and job opportunities, while others are as specific as how to translate military experiences into a solid résumé. DMA exists to share these issues and engage in dialogue that supports our individual goals.
