Tuition and Fees Class of 2023
The Student Information System (SIS) is the system of record for all student-related information including unofficial transcripts, grades, student finance, and financial aid. Once admitted, students will have access to the SIS. Through the SIS, the University of Virginia makes student finance information available online for viewing and payment through UVAPay.
Fall 2021 tuition billing email communications will be sent 13 July 2021, and the bill is due 11 August 2021. Spring 2022 tuition billing email communications will be sent 7 December 2021, and the bill is due 5 January 2022.
Tuition and Fees Schedule
Tuition and fees are billed twice in the first year (prior to the fall and spring semesters) and three times in the second year (prior to the summer, fall, and spring semesters). Admission deposits will be credited against the first year fall semester bill.
If you will be using student loans to finance any portion of the costs, please refer to the Cost of Attendance budget for information on expenses that can be covered with financial aid.

For the Class of 2023, the total tuition and fees information for the Executive MBA (EMBA) format are included below.
Semesters 1 and 2 are in the first academic year, and Semesters 3 through 5 are in the second academic year.
Billing dates for semesters 1 and 2 are available below. Billing dates for later semesters will be shared with enrolled students via the Darden Enterprise Portal.

**The total International Services Fee is subject to change. The $100 cost per semester for the 2021-22 academic year is finalized but the cost per semester for the 2022-2023 academic year is subject to change. The 2022-2023 International Services Fee will be determined by the University of Virginia Board of Visitors in late-November/early-December 2021.
***For the EMBA program, 1 Global Residency must be completed during the course of study. The Global Residency may be completed in semester 2, 3, 4 or 5. More than 1 Global Residency may be completed, but students will be charged $4,200 per course for additional residencies. EMBA students who complete 4 Global Residencies will become GEMBA format students and will be eligible for a Global Residency scholarship.
