Lecturer Rachel Brozenske teaches in the Strategy, Ethics and Entrepreneurship area at the Darden School, where her teaching activities focus on design thinking and project-based learning. She is a co-author of The Designing for Growth Field Book.
A former graphic designer and digital production manager, Brozenske's work focuses on learning in an organizational context. She is a member of the design and delivery teams for leadership development programs for several global clients and has taught throughout Europe, Asia, and the Americas. In addition, she serves as an executive coach and consultant with expertise in organizational structure, performance management, and team facilitation.
Brozenske is a board member of Light House Studio and the Charlottesville Center for Contemporary Arts. She is a graduate of Washington State University (B.A., business administration) and received her MBA from the Darden School in 2001. Brozenske and her husband live in downtown Charlottesville.
