Kellogg Leliveld joined Darden's The Career Center in 2004 and was promoted to director of career education and advising in 2014.

As director of career education and advising, Leliveld leads Darden's team of career advisers, oversees student-led job treks each year, and teaches a series of classes to First Year students on career management and job search strategy. She acts as career adviser to students interested in nontraditional MBA career paths. Leliveld serves as club liaison to Darden's Health Care, Retail & Luxury Goods, Graduate Women in Business and Business Design clubs, working to coordinate career development activities and company outreach.

Lelieveld received a B.S. in natural resources from the University of Michigan, a master's in urban planning from the University of Virginia, and an MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business. Prior to joining Darden, she served in management consulting and strategic planning roles. She has also served as a board member of Camp Holiday Trails and Charlottesville's Discovery Museum and helped craft Darden's sustainability strategy as a member of the Dean's Sustainability Steering Committee.
