Career Consultant

Evan Inra has nearly 25 years of work in the technology and management arena, is passionate about diversity & inclusion, and coaching others to help them find their purpose. He started his career at PwC and then IBM as a management consultant implementing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and advanced analytics solutions across commercial industries, as well as in public sector/federal. After getting his MBA from Darden, he spent a couple years at a small agile federal contractor and then almost 4 years at EY driving internal people initiatives. This led to a full career transition into HR (it is never too late!), and now is in his dream role as an HR Program Manager at Amazon Web Services driving talent management and career growth initiatives for an incredible team. Evan is proudly bilingual (Spanish, of Mexican descent), is a connector and networking champion, and enjoys paying it forward however he can. 

Evan was proud to be a part of the inaugural Darden EMBA class of 2008 (the pioneers!), and remains actively involved with Darden both as a class agent and on the Darden Alumni Board of Directors. He holds a B.S. from Penn State in Aerospace Engineering, and therefore as a matter of fact is a rocket scientist.
